Sanctions and PEP screening

Screen everyone.Then keepscreening them.

A customer who was clean at sign-up can be listed next month. Toden screens people and companies against sanctions, politically exposed person and adverse-media data, screens them again on a schedule that follows their risk, and remembers every match your team has already cleared.

The workflow

Screening at onboarding and for as long as the customer is yours, with each match judged once. This is a starting point: add, remove or reorder any step in the workflow builder.

Decision rules

Clear, or a match for your team to adjudicate

Then your rules decide

A starting rule set

  • No match on any listApprove
  • A possible match above your thresholdReview
  • A reviewer confirms the matchDecline
  • A match your team already clearedApprove

Every rule is yours to change on a visual canvas, and each result records which rule decided it. Publishing a new version needs no release.

How it works

1

Bring your customers

New customers are screened as they verify. Existing ones are imported through the API or a file upload and screened in one pass.

2

Re-screen by risk

Each customer is screened again on a cadence you set per list, and more often when their risk is higher.

3

Adjudicate once

A reviewer marks a match as a true hit or a false positive. A cleared match is never raised against that customer again.

What powers it

  1. Sanctions, PEP and adverse media each have their own cadence, scaled by the customer's risk tier, and you can tune both.

Integrate

Mount the SDK with the workflow you published, or send a hosted link and write no code. The result arrives by signed webhook, and changing the workflow never needs a release.
