Ongoing screening re-checks selected evidence over time. An initial screening result does not prove that future checks are scheduled. Check the customer’s active monitoring state, policy and effective frequency.

For day-to-day monitoring management, open the customer’s Risk area in Entities. Policy defaults live under Rules & Policies → Ongoing monitoring. A customer can follow the policy frequency or have an explicit override. Changing a policy default does not silently replace an existing override.

Review the effective frequency, last completed evidence and next scheduled check together. An intended schedule is different from proof that a check completed.

Completed billable checks remain part of historical usage. Paused and ended subscriptions do not create future scheduled monitoring checks or charges.
