SIM registration

One subscriber.One identity.On every SIM.

Registering a SIM means tying it to a real person, at a kiosk, in a shop or in the subscriber's own hands. Toden looks up the NIN, matches a live selfie to the record photo, and shows when the same face or the same device is registering more lines than one person should.

The workflow

NIN lookup, liveness and a face match for subscriber registration, with duplicate faces surfaced. This is a starting point: add, remove or reorder any step in the workflow builder.

Then your rules decide

A starting rule set

  • The NIN is suspended or not foundDecline
  • The selfie does not match the record photoDecline
  • The same face has registered under another nameReview
  • Record found and face matchedApprove

Every rule is yours to change on a visual canvas, and each result records which rule decided it. Publishing a new version needs no release.

Connection map

When a face, a phone or an address turns up again, the console draws everyone gathered around it and says in plain words what the connection means and how much weight it deserves.

  • An illustration with invented people. In the console each card opens the customer's record.

How it works

1

Capture at any counter

Run the workflow in your dealer app, your self-care app, or on a hosted link opened from a QR code at the counter.

2

Look up the NIN

The number is checked with the issuing authority and the subscriber's selfie is compared with the record photo.

3

Catch bulk registration

Face search and device signals show one person, or one dealer's phone, standing behind many registrations.

What powers it

  1. A NIN that does not exist, or that the issuer has suspended, fails before a line is activated.

Integrate

Mount the SDK with the workflow you published, or send a hosted link and write no code. The result arrives by signed webhook, and changing the workflow never needs a release.

Frequently asked

  • Yes. Device Intelligence treats a shared phone as a signal for your rules, not a refusal, so a dealer's device can be expected while an unknown one is reviewed.
