KYC remediation

Find the gapsin your book.Close them by link.

A regulator's finding, a migration or an acquisition leaves you with thousands of customers whose records are incomplete. Toden imports the book, grades each address against the evidence held, screens everyone, and sends a link only to the customers who actually need to do something.

The workflow

Import, grade and screen an existing book, then remediate only the customers with gaps. This is a starting point: add, remove or reorder any step in the workflow builder.

Step 01

Address triage

Grades the address against the evidence held

Per check

Step 02

AML Screening ×3

Sanctions, PEP and adverse media: 3 screens

Per check

Step 03

Proof of Address

Utility bill or bank statement

Per check

Step 04

Address Intelligence

A map pin checked against their records

Per check

Step 05

Device Intelligence

Flags shared devices and risky networks

Per check

Then your rules decide

A starting rule set

  • The evidence already supports the recordApprove
  • A short re-check would settle itAsk for more
  • A screening match is foundReview
  • The address is too vague to locateReview

Every rule is yours to change on a visual canvas, and each result records which rule decided it. Publishing a new version needs no release.

Try the workflow builder

How it works

1

Import the book

Upload a file or send customers through the API, marked as verified elsewhere with the source you name. A free sample is graded first.

2

See what is missing

Each address is graded: supported by evidence, confirmable by a short re-check, in need of a full check, or too vague to act on.

3

Send links to the gaps

Create a link per customer for the workflow that fixes their gap, deliver it yourself or let Toden email it, and watch the list burn down.

What powers it

  1. A book is priced before it is graded, and the first rows are free, so you see the size of the problem before paying for it.

Integrate

Mount the SDK with the workflow you published, or send a hosted link and write no code. The result arrives by signed webhook, and changing the workflow never needs a release.

Frequently asked

  • Not unless you want them to. An imported customer keeps the verification you already did, recorded with its source, and is screened as they are.
